Please use this form to request an appointment to visit the British Optical Association Museum at The College of Optometrists. All visits are by guided tour.

*The Standard Tour is free of charge for all and includes the two museum rooms. It lasts about an hour.

** The College Meeting Rooms Tour (also including the two museum rooms) lasts about two hours. The cost is £10 PER PERSON but these tours are free for College Fellows and Members and their immediate guests, Members of the Museums Association, accompanied children aged 16 or under and persons registered as sight-impaired. Meeting Room Tours are subject to availability. Payment, if required, should be made on the day. If your chosen date and time is not available we may offer you a Standard Tour instead.
