Case on managing patients with narrow anterior chamber angles

Is it sufficient to undertake non-invasive measures of anterior chamber depth to determine whether my patient is a primary angle closure suspect? I am also worried that under the new CMG for Primary Angle Closure / Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma that I no longer have to refer patients with narrow angles for prophylactic treatment.
