Professor Leon Davies FCOptom announced as New Chair of the Board of Trustees

Leon brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having served as a Council member and Trustee for almost nine years, and been President since June 2022. As Chair, he will play a pivotal role in continuing to guide the College’s strategic direction, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective governance.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing Chair, Dr Mary-Ann Sherratt (Mas). Over the past 6 years, Mas’ leadership, vision, and dedication have helped steer the College through a range of challenges and successes and always ensured that our members and their patients were at the heart of our work.
