The second of Lyndon Jones and Caroline Christie's articles on contact lens solutions stresses the importance of selecting the best option for the patient.


Part 1 of this review of modern soft lens solution systems (Jones & Senchyna 2007) described the typical components of these care regimens and the function of each component. The purpose of this paper is to describe in detail the composition of these systems and to review their clinical performance.
