Case on bullying and harassment in the workplace

I am new to my practice and work in a team of longstanding colleagues. I am finding it challenging to be listened to at our regular team meetings, where many times my views are rudely dismissed, and I feel devalued. I have tried raising this with my line manager who says that I am being ‘too sensitive'. Should I accept this behaviour, or is there anything I can do?
