Should you re-examine a HES patient who has broken her specs?

Scenario

Kathy Ellington brought her daughter, Karley, aged 7, into the practice. She has not been to your practice before, but was tested 3 months ago by the HES. She brought in her prescription, which was made up by a neighbouring practice, which says R + 4.00 DS and L +5.25/-0.75 x 105 ‘constant wear’. She had broken these but Kathy mentioned that Karley had never entirely been happy with her spectacles since she had had them made up, although that may be because the frame she had didn’t fit her very well and pinched her nose.
