Helping you expand your services safely - new resources for your practice

Our resources to help you navigate the amber phase of the pandemic.

As optical practices in England move towards providing care on a needs and symptoms-led basis only (the amber phase), we’ve designed some resources to help you prepare and explain new processes to patients.

Our new door poster advises patients that the practice is open again, and encourage patients to phone for appointments, instead of walking in.

You can share our new videoinfographic and children's poster on your practice website or social media to reassure patient and help raise awareness of new services.

From Thursday, you’ll also be able to order floor stickers for your practice on our website.

Don’t forget that our COVID-19 FAQs are updated frequently according the latest guidelines.
