Amber Phase: our letter to employers

Following the national lockdowns announced across the UK, some members have expressed concerns that their employers are not following Amber Phase guidance.

We have written to employers reminding them that their procedures should be compliant with both the College and national and local guidance, as well as emphasising their duty of care to staff and patients.  Members can download the letter here:
