College inviting nominations for Life and Honorary Fellowships

These awards recognise the outstanding achievements of individuals who have made remarkable contributions to the profession of optometry and to the College.

Life Fellowship: Honours members who have demonstrated a lifetime of service with significant contributions to the profession.
Honorary Fellowship: Recognises non-members working within eye healthcare who have made a substantial impact on Optometry.

To nominate someone simply complete and submit the Nomination Form below. The deadline for submission is 12 noon on Friday 23 May 2025.

Nominations are reviewed confidentially by the Electoral College in mid-June.
Please include the nominee's contributions and their biography or CV.
Incomplete nominations may not be considered.
