Eye on the future: College highlights from 100% Optical 2025

We had a fantastic three days at 100% Optical 2025, connecting with optical professionals, showcasing exciting learning opportunities, and championing the role of optometrists in eye health care.

Our colourful stand was a hub of activity, with visitors attending our expert drop-ins, student meet-ups, and engaging in discussions on the future of supervision and qualification pathways. Attendees also discovered how to maximise their College membership and took home some exclusive College-branded freebies.

A highlight of the event was our Catwalk Stage session, ‘Your Education: The Future is So Bright’, where we explored the evolving landscape of optometric education. Led by Lead Assessor Rebekah Stevens, the session provided key insights into supervision, training, and qualification developments, sparking great discussions among attendees.

Throughout the event, our team spoke to hundreds of professionals from across the sector, strengthening partnerships and sharing the College’s latest work in research, policy, and education.

With over 10,700 attendees, 250 exhibitors, and 100 CPD sessions, 100% Optical was a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the profession. Thank you to everyone who visited our stand.
