Ticket conditions
Conference tickets are VAT exempt.
- To qualify for the student/pre-reg trainee ticket you must, at the time of the event, be an undergraduate student undertaking a degree course in optometry from a UK university approved by the GOC OR an EU student completing a conversion course at a UK university approved by the GOC OR an enrolled pre-registration trainee. You must also be registered as a Student Optometrist with the GOC.
- Non-members and students (UK full-time student)/pre-registration trainees cannot purchase workshops or peer review sessions.
- Students (UK full-time student)/pre-registration trainees cannot attend sponsor sessions.
- Member and newly-qualified member two-day ticket holders are entitled to one complimentary workshop place and can purchase up to an additional three workshop places (where spaces are available).
- Member and newly-qualified member one-day tickets holders can purchase up to two workshop places and Monday ticket holders can purchase one peer review place (where spaces are available).
- To be eligible for the College member rate, you must be a member of the College at the time of the event.
Conference fee deadlines
- The 50% early bird rate is available until midnight on Friday 6 May 2022.
- The full rate comes into effect on Saturday 7 May 2022.
