The Samaritans provide free 24-hour support for your mental or emotional health. They can be contacted on 116 123. Alternatively, you can email jo@Samaritans.org
The Samaritans also have an online self-help app where you can keep track of how you're feeling, and get recommendations for things you can do to help yourself cope, feel better and stay safe in a crisis.

CALM is the Campaign Against Living Miserably, for people in the UK who are down or have hit a wall for any reason. Call 0800 58 58 58 (daily, 5pm to midnight). They also offer a free, anonymous webchat with trained staff.

Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope.
