Should you give a contact lens prescription to a relative if the patient is unable to attend your practice?
Scenario
Karen Lord came to see you about her son, Clive's contact lenses. Clive is 25 and is currently in prison and is running out of lenses. He is due to be released in 6 months time but his specification is due to expire in 1 month's time. She wants you to give her a copy of his specification so that she can get him some more lenses online.
