Non tolerance to an outside prescription. What would you do?
Scenario
Alexandra Kernov, aged 34, attends your practice to buy a pair of spectacles with a prescription from another practice. You dispense a pair of spectacles to their prescription. The patient returns a week later unable to see out of the new spectacles. You confirm the spectacles are made correctly according to the original prescription and the dispensing measurements are satisfactory.
