Should you do a sight test to fill in a vocational form?
Scenario
David Lloyd, aged 75, comes to your practice asking you to fill in a vocational form for him. The form requires his VA with spectacles and a declaration that his visual field is normal. The form needs to be filled in with information which is less than six months old. You saw him 18 months ago for a routine sight test and put him down for two yearly recall. He is having no problems with his eyes or his sight.
