08. Non tolerance to outside prescription

Your practice supplies glasses based on a prescription from another practice. What do you do if your patient is having problems seeing with them?

Scenario

Alistair McDonald, aged 22, brings a prescription to you for dispensing, as he could not find any frames he liked at the practice where he had his eyes examined. He collects the specs a few days later but when he puts them on he complains that he can’t see properly with them.
