College publishes final response to GOC consultation on changes to independent prescribing

After consulting with members, we have sent our final response to the GOC.

We have published our final response to the General Optical Council's (GOC) consultation on proposals for future education and training requirements for independent prescribing (IP) and specialist entry to the GOC register. The response was prepared after consulting with our members via our website, and an online panel discussion.
