College president speaks at Parliamentary Meeting

College President Professor Leon Davies FCOptom represented the College at the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Eye Health and Visual Impairment this week.

The meeting took place in Westminster and was attended by MPs and sector bodies. 

Professor Davies presented at the event and spoke about the College, our vision for the optometry workforce, why the full skills and competencies of optometrists should be better utilised for the benefit of patients and the workforce data modelling project we are undertaking at the moment.
