Have your say on the Guidance for Professional Practice

Members have been invited to have their say on the Guidance for Professional Practice - updated once every three years.

We need members to tell us what they think of The Guidance for Professional Practice. We currently update the guidance once every three years, and we are now in the process of reviewing it once again.

Every section is checked against changes in legislation and the latest evidence, and to make sure the guidance continues to enable optometrists to put their patients’ interests first. Based on the literature review, consultation with an expert stakeholder group and your feedback, we will draft a proposed update for public consultation over the summer.

The following member survey will only take about five minutes to complete. It is your opportunity to contribute to defining good practice and to help you and your colleagues provide better care.

Login to view the survey link below, which will be open until Wednesday 19 April 2023
