Introduction
The UK contact lens practice with children and young people survey is the first research to provide organised and published information about current practitioner-reported attitudes and behaviours relating to contact lens use among children and young people (CYP) in the UK. It provides a benchmark for measuring how practice in this area has changed over time and identifies the reported drivers for change. Understanding what colleagues are doing in this particular area provides optometrists with a useful opportunity to reflect on their own practice.
