Given the prevalence and clinical impact of myopia, optometrists are now in a position to manage this refractive error with an array of methods supported by an exponential growth in our evidence base. Consequently, this article supports eye care practitioners to consider myopia management options, so they can apply evidence-based practice to their advice, in consultation with the patient, in selecting the most appropriate management plan.
