Some ideas for managing the early weeks of pre-registration.

Abstract

The introduction of continuous assessment to pre-registration training creates a more even workload over the preregistration period. This has several advantages, but it makes a smooth and rapid transition into practice all the more important for success. This article draws on research and theory from communication and change management disciplines to provide some ideas for managing the early weeks.
