We think it’s very important that everyone who works here shares the College’s values. That’s why they are a key part of our recruitment process.

Share options

Our values underpin everything we do and they are all equally important to us. They shape our workplace behaviour and how we interact with our members, our partners, the wider sector, suppliers and contractors and the public. We have five values:
