Scheme for Registration - website user issues and FAQs

We understand that many of you are experiencing issues with the website. Thank you for your patience and understanding while these matters are resolved. 

We are prioritising solutions for Stage Two because of the January OSCE. All trainees who completed Stage Two by Monday 6 December 2021 will be able to sit the January OSCEs if they wish to. We are currently using a manual system of Stage Two results reporting and upload to facilitate OSCE booking, so please bear with us while we process those results. 

We are aware of issues with the assessor access to the upload area which is delaying the reporting of results for the visits booked but not yet completed before shut down. We are working to upload results for assessors instead and will not let it stop you progressing to the January OSCE or booking your next assessment as needed. Please be reassured that no one will be held back. You will receive an email inviting you to book your OSCE if you are eligible, so please keep an eye out for those. It may take a little longer for the full details on your record to be updated, but this won’t affect your OSCE. We will update you once the issues have been fully resolved.

We are aware of this and are working with the web developer to fix the issue. They are developing an update to fix all affected records and this has to be fully tested before it can be applied. Should this prove to take more than a few days we will prioritise manual solutions for trainees that are ready to progress to Stage Two and we will keep you updated by email.

We are working to correct this for the small number of trainees whose record is showing a former assessor.  Please use email/text to contact your current assessor until this work is complete.

All trainees who achieved Stage Two by Monday 6 December 2021 will not be held back if they wish to sit the January OSCEs. We currently have a manual system of Stage Two results reporting to facilitate the OSCE booking. You will receive a link to book your OSCE (and arrange payment if needed) using the My College area – if you experience any problems with the link please report it using our 'Contact us' form.

In order to access member areas of the website, including the member app you need to register for an account. You will find information tailored to you in the My College area, once you have logged in.

We are aware of this problem and we are working with the web developer. Please email your documents to your assessor one week before your planned assessment visit.

Yes, your logbook should be completed until you have achieved Stage Two. Your Stage Two DO assessor will check and verify your logbook and then update your College record.
