Appeals, extending or restarting the Scheme

In the first instance, the appeal will be considered by the Appeals Panel. In some cases, the Appeals Panel will decide to refer a more complex appeal to the Appeals Review Panel.

The dates to submit applications and evidence to the panels are also listed below.

Upcoming Appeals Panel meetings (extensions, restarts, IP and OSCE appeals)

• 27 October 2026 (11am) - Deadline for application and document submission is 6 October 2026 (12pm)
• 24 November 2026 (11am) - Deadline for application and document submission is 3 November 2026 (12pm)

Upcoming Appeals Review Panel meetings (appealing an Appeals Panel outcome)

• 8 October 2026 (11am) - Deadline for application and document submission is 24 September 2026 (12pm)
• 10 December 2026 (11am) - Deadline for application and document submission is 26 November 2026 (12pm)
